Ingredients: Rolled Oats, Banana, Flaxseed Oil and then the main fruit of each version. Currently we have Blueberry, Banana and Strawberry but Raspberry and Mango to be added soon. 
 
Approximate measurements: 9cm across and 8 cm top to bottom. These are handmade so sizes may vary slightly.
